911 Dispatchers Kyra Pullium and Michele Kuehn were honored and the group listened to a tape of their calm and competent voices on that fateful morning as they organized the initial response.


Fire Chief Edward Plaugher expresses his appreciation for the performance of Arlington's fire fighters.


President Michael G. Staples of the Arlington Professional Firefighters & Paramedics Association thanks the crowd for the recognition Arlington's firefighters have received.


Deputy Police Chief John Haas reviews the achievements of the Arlington County Police during the events.


Ken Dennis, President of the Arlington Coalition of Police (a Federation member organization) expresses his appreciation for the establishment of the fund.
