Committee Membership
The President, with the approval of the Executive Committee, shall appoint a delegate or alternate delegate to chair each of the standing committees. Chairmen shall serve for one year or until their successors are appointed. Each chairman shall select the membership of the committee from among members of organizations belonging to the Federation. A listing of the membership of the committee shall be provided to the President and the Secretary.

NOTE: Committee members may be delegates or alternates elected to the Civic Federation and may also be members of organizations who belong to the Civic Federation and are in good standing.
