Join the Civic Federation
To apply for membership in the Arlington County Civic Federation, the president of an organization should send a letter and a copy of the organization’s Bylaws or other governing rules to the Membership Chair and to the Secretary.

The letter should state that the organization requests membership in the Arlington County Civic Federation, describe how the organization works for the benefit of those it serves, attest that it has at least 20 members and that its primary objective and principal work is consistent with the goals and purposes of the Federation.

There is no application fee. After acceptance into the Federation, there is an annual dues fee.
If your organization is an active member of the Civic Federation, click here to pay your annual dues.
After acceptance into the Federation, the Secretary should be notified of the names and contact information for the organization’s Delegates, Alternate Delegates and Officers.
