Civic Hero Awards
The Federation began making its Civic Hero
Awards in 2001. Here are some of the awards to date
with the most recent first.
Patrick Hope, President of the Buckingham Civic Association, for his organizing in Buckingham, his work on Buckingham issues and his work on the County Board neighborhood walk in Buckingham.
Richard Tucker, the County's Columbia Pike Coordinator, for his work with neighborhoods in developing the Form Based Code zoning for Columbia Pike.
