Sept 2026: ACCF Comments on the Proposed 1501 Langston Blvd Redevelopment

CivFed is asking for a delay and legal review because the current process regarding this redevelopment could be supporting an uncompensated GLUP change that was also omitted from all SPRC review. This could potentially establish several negative precedents, calling into question the transparency and regularity of the process.

On Wed 9 Sept 2026, Jack Spilsbury, Chair of ACCF’s General Land Use Plan [GLUP] Review Subcommittee of the Planning and Zoning Committee, delivered prepared remarks to the Arlington Planning Commission regarding the proposed redevelopment of 1501 Langston Blvd [Air & Space Force Association].
